A1 Office is looking for a Melbourne-based Administration Assistant and Reception to join our team of experts who are leading in exceptional solutions for the changing workspace environment.

Position

As the Administration Assistant you will report directly to the Administration Manager. Your duties will include:

  • Management of office phone and general receptionist duties
  • Welcoming visitors, providing meeting bookings and coordination
  • Assist with accounts payable and receivable functions
  • Postage and courier collection and sending
  • Assisting Administration Manager with all office and administrative duties
  • Maintain OH&S policies and procedures

Qualifications

  • Knowledge and previous experience of Microsoft Office Word, Excel
  • Minimum yr 12 graduation

The ideal candidate will be hardworking, highly focused and professional, driven to deliver exceptional value to the team. They will have an eye for detail and also possess:

  • Good written, oral and interpersonal communication skills with good computer literacy skills in Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Have knowledge or ability to learn and competently use programs currently used by A1 Office and any further programs that may be introduced in the future
  • Ability to develop a high level attention to detail, administrative and organisational skills
  • Ability to perform work within specified timelines
  • Excellent phone manner and a customer service orientation
  • Workplace experience and/or on the job knowledge preferred

Remuneration  

Remuneration will be based on experience and within the range of 45-65k.
