How long will it take to design and build my new workspace?

As uniquely as we design and build for each client, every workspace transformation is different. Our expert Project Managers will work with you to ensure that your new office is delivered on time and within budget.

What workspace size do you specialise in?

We partner with our clients on their individual needs, so we often design and build spaces anywhere from 300sqm to 3000sqm, and everything in between.

What design services do you offer?

Our in-house interior architects and designers are experts in commercial workspace solutions. From concept, space planning to furniture and finishing touches, our design team will take you on a journey of transformation so you can realise your businesses’ potential. When is the best time to get in touch with us about your new workspace?

Approximately 6 months before you decide to move is an ideal time. Our Consultants can help you with navigating the right accommodation for your business along with many challenges you may face along the way. now and into the future.

Do you offer maintenance services following the completion of my fitout?

Yes, we stand behind every product and service we offer. We provide a comprehensive maintenance program managed through our easy to use web portal that offers seamless communication and reporting.

Do you collaborate with Design/Architectural Firms?

We have collaborated with architectural firms on a number of projects. We believe that our ability to work together as one team, under one roof is where we deliver true value. Our full-service approach means we collaborate with our clients from initial consultation through to concept development to construction and follow-up support.

Can you help us integrate our technological requirements?

Yes. Workplace technology is ever evolving, and so are we. A1 Office creates workspaces that can embrace technological change and pivot quickly toward the next technological opportunity.
