Ray White Carnegie, a family-owned business, had well and truly outgrown their office. They were after a space that would reflect their work ethic – sharp, sophisticated and cutting edge.
At the same time they also needed practicality and a homely feel for their clientele, so we designed a reception with serious ‘wow factor’, but adjacent to it lay a casual meeting room that felt like you were in the comfort of your own home. The practical requirements housed 6 offices, 1 directors office and a casual open workstation area.
The total space was 400m2 with a mixture of suspended grid / plaster and black exposed ceilings. It was a new building originally set-up for three separate tenancies, which A1 Office combined to one, with a new sprinkler system, fire detection and mechanical ventilation.
